However, variations may occur due to the natural origin of our ingredients and the artisanal nature of our production. Product colors, textures, and packaging may differ slightly from the images displayed online.
All products are authentically made in Sri Lanka, using natural ingredients sourced through our rural community network.
3. Prices and Orders
All prices listed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include all applicable taxes.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on production costs, raw material availability, or market conditions.
Your order will be confirmed via email or SMS once payment has been received and verified.
An automated confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order; orders are accepted only upon dispatch of goods.
In the rare case that a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel or refund your order with prior notification.
4. Payment Terms
We accept online payments via secure payment gateways as well as cash on delivery (where applicable).
Full payment must be made before your order is processed and shipped.
Ceylon Gadagedi (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Ownership of the products transfers to you only after full payment has been received.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver across Sri Lanka using reliable courier and postal services.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier efficiency.
Once dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations due to change of mind.
In case of delays beyond our control (such as courier or weather-related issues), we will inform you promptly.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our natural products. However, due to the perishable nature of food and natural goods, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- The product is spoiled or damaged upon delivery.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
To initiate a claim, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and photographs as proof.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Ceylon Gadagedi (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving a refund or replacement.
