However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a return.


1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

As our products are primarily natural and perishable, we are unable to accept returns for items due to change of mind once they have been dispatched. However, exceptions may apply under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is non-perishable (e.g., merchandise, packaged goods, or accessories).

Please note:

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and items must be sent with a tracking number.
  • Products marked as final sale, clearance, or special edition are non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
To initiate a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Order number and full name
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on product availability.


3. Perishable & Natural Products

Because our offerings often include wild fruit–based, herbal, or organic products, these items cannot be returned once opened, unless there is a quality or safety concern.
If you suspect a product has spoiled or is not up to standard:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Include photos and batch details if available.
  • We will assess your case and may offer a refund or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially used food or drink items
  • Custom, gift, or promotional products
  • Limited edition or seasonal collections
  • Digital or downloadable content

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
