1. Delivery Methods

We partner with trusted delivery providers to ensure smooth and reliable delivery across Sri Lanka & Worldwide. Depending on your location and the type of products ordered, your order will be shipped through one of the following methods:

  • Express Delivery
  • Registered Post

2. Shipping Costs

We aim to keep our delivery charges fair and transparent:

  • Free Delivery: Available for selected promotions or order values above a certain limit (displayed during checkout).
  • Standard Delivery Fee: Based on product weight, size, and destination.
  • Bulky or Fragile Items: Additional handling and delivery fees may apply depending on the nature of the product (e.g., glass jars, bulk packs).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Coverage

We deliver islandwide & worldwide.
If your location falls outside standard delivery coverage, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative method or discuss additional delivery charges.

4. Dispatch & Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will usually be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are carefully inspected and packed to maintain the natural integrity of our products.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframes are:

  • Colombo & Major Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
  • Outside of Sri Lanka: Depend on country

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

6. Backorders or Out-of-Stock Items

We strive to keep all products in stock. However, in rare cases of backorders:

  • We will notify you within 2 working days.
  • You may choose to wait for restock, replace the item, or request a refund for the unavailable product.

7. Delivery Address & Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or a redelivery fee.
  • If you authorize “Leave at Doorstep” delivery, Ceylon Gadagedi will not be responsible for any loss or damage after the package has been delivered.

8. Packaging & Sustainability

As part of our eco-friendly commitment, we use recyclable and biodegradable packaging whenever possible. Each parcel is securely sealed to ensure product safety and environmental responsibility.

9. International Shipping

Ceylon Gadagedi (Pvt) Ltd. offers worldwide shipping to most destinations through trusted international courier partners.

  • Delivery Time: International orders typically take 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance times.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and parcel size.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applicable in their country.
